We want you to be confident in what you order. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or an exchange.
To be accepted, an item must be in the same condition you received it:
Email contact@thesabrapparel.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions and the return address.
Do not ship anything back before contacting us. Packages sent without prior approval can't be processed or refunded.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong thing — in those cases we cover it.
Check your order as soon as it arrives. Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at our cost — replacement or full refund, your choice.
The fastest way to exchange a size or colour is to return the item you have and place a new order right away, so your size doesn't sell out while the return is in transit. Once your return is accepted we refund the original order in full.
We inspect returns within 2 business days of receiving them and email you the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to post it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we told you your refund was approved and you still don't see it, email contact@thesabrapparel.com.
Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our error.
This 30-day policy is offered on top of your legal rights, and does not limit them. Under Québec's Consumer Protection Act, a distance contract may be cancelled if we fail to deliver your order within 30 days of the date stated at checkout, or if we did not disclose the information the Act requires before you ordered. You may also ask your card issuer to reverse the charge in those circumstances. Nothing in this policy takes away the legal warranty that goods must be fit for their normal use for a reasonable length of time.
Customers in the European Union have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return an order for any reason, in addition to the rights above. Import duties and taxes already paid are refunded by your local customs authority, not by us — keep your paperwork.
